Excellent location, in the heart of Coconut Grove, walking distance to Coco Walk, Excellent for a couple or for a family (up to 4 members), renovated place.
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION, very quiet neighborhood yet very close to the action.
Free trolley service, fresh market and public library almost in the corner, this is an excellent place for your vacations or business travel.
PRIVATE PARKING SPOT. (1 car) Please park in designated area or your vehicle could be towed away.
This is a very modern yet cozy apartment on the first floor. It is a small 9 unit apartment building with a well lit private parking.
WE PROVIDE SMART TV's with high speed internet for your convenience. You can sign in to your content provider (Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, etc)

You will be very comfortable since it has everything you need to make you feel at home.
It is a very quiet neighborhood but also at walking distance to the all the action.

Avoid this one

The bathroom not clean. I have pictures of hair on the floor and urine around the toilet. The shower was ga door!! The pans were not usable. The sheets didn’t smell clean. The maintenance crew was helpful. Way to much money in fees!!

Convenient to everything!

The renting and check in process were more complicated than they needed to be. Once at the property I contacted the host and everything was smoth sailing from there.
