Our house is located in the district of Partenkirchen directly on the historic Ludwigstrasse.

The old-fashioned house with its 4 holiday apartments was lovingly restored in 2019 and refined with high-quality materials and furnishings.

The herb experience world is located on the ground floor (operated by ourselves). Even nature professionals get their money's worth.

Beautiful Apartment

Can't say enough good things about this beautiful apartment!! Location & access with onsite parking. Beautiful & large yard & garden all great views of the Zugspitze Alps. Very comfortable & large apartment, 4 adults had plenty of room & e verything we needed. Location on Ludwigstrasse was outstanding. Highly recommend this apartment. Landlord was great to deal with & put in bottled water & other items, including fresh cut vased roses!!

Beautiful location, beautiful property

We loved our stay! The beds were comfortable, the apartment was quiet, we could walk to hiking and restaurants. The apartment was newly furnished and lovingly cared for. There were some lovely items (snacks, teas, etc...) when we arrived to make our stay more pleasant. And though I only speak a little German and our host spoke very little English, she was very patient and helpful and we made it work. We would highly recommend this place and would love to stay there again.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung (leider ohne Internet)

Sehr nette Vermietung und vor Ort immer ansprechbar. Leider hat der Eigentümer bis dato keinen Internetanschluss erhalten, so dass WLAN nicht verfügbar ist :(
