This is exactly where the Ostseelounge, modern and straightforward, beach house style apartment is located, on the 2nd Upper floor of the Wustrow Maritime School. The historic walls have been lovingly renovated and reopened in 2020. The modern 74m² apartment on the 2nd floor is accessible via an elevator and has a south-west facing balcony, two bathrooms, a dressing room, a kitchen with island, a bedroom with access to the balcony and the master's bedroom (inside). A highlight is the sauna in the apartment. Via the entrance area you get into the open dining area with a dining table and four comfortable shell chairs as well as a bathroom, the sauna and a bedroom. From the dining area you can access the fully equipped NOLTE fitted kitchen, which makes the hearts of all hobby cooks beat faster. It is equipped with built-in electrical appliances, such as an oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and toaster, a cooking island with an induction cooker and contains numerous accessories. The bedrooms are kept in modern white and brown. The comfortable box spring beds with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invite you to dream. The wardrobe with safe for valuables and 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience of the bedroom. The high light walls make it look friendlier. The bathrooms in the beach house style impress with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a vanity unit. The modern, light wall tiles and the dark floor tiles create a special flair. The 7m² balcony is accessible from the bedroom and living room. It has a table with two chairs, two beach loungers and two sun loungers and ensures the magical moments of the surroundings. Here you can enjoy the midday and evening sun and watch the sailing ships on the bay. After a long day, the in-house wellness and fitness area, located in the main building, invites you to relax.
