Enjoy your vacation in the modern holiday house Seebadrast in the style of a beach house. The non-smoking apartment is on the 3rd Upper floor of the listed main building of the newly built holiday complex Zwei Wasser - Seefahrtschule in the Baltic Sea resort of Wustrow. The building of the Maritime School was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a home for navigation lessons. Until 1992 it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly restored in recent years and reopened in 2020. The Seebadrast apartment has a quiet, central location in the main building with a direct view of the Wustrow gardens and the Baltic Sea. The high ceilings underline the friendly and spacious character. An elevator takes you comfortably to the floor. The open NOLTE built-in kitchen borders the living area and has built-in electrical appliances such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories. Seat shell chairs provide comfortable seating in the open dining and living area. A dining table offers space for a dinner by candlelight. The design floor covering laid throughout the living and sleeping area of the apartment has a simple and subtle effect. The living area with its cozy sofa with 2 armchairs invites you to spend wonderful moments with family or friends. From here they look towards Wustrow and the Baltic Sea. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living room. Of course there is free WiFi and a safe for your valuables in the apartment. The bedroom is bright and friendly. 2 bedside tables with bedside lamps fit into the harmonious ambience. The modern box spring bed with a mattress size of 180 cm x 200 cm invites you to dream. In the bedroom there is a flat-screen TV (32 inches) so that you can watch your favorite program from your bed. The stylish bathroom has a large shower, a vanity, a towel radiator and a washer-dryer. The rental office and bread service are located in the main building. A parking space can be booked for your apartment. Spend your vacation here with your four-legged friend, whether dog or cat. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. Afterwards you can relax in one of the two saunas with an experience shower and in the relaxation room. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house.
