Located on the first floor with direct access to the pool and Centrally located close to all the best restaurants and bars. Cable, Internet, and board games included. NO PETS.

Piece of paradise

Freddy the owner is a gracious host. He responded immediately to our questions regarding the property. This property is close the beach for those long walks and is across the street with restaurants with indoor and outdoor dining. Great location 💕

Great condo community.

1st time on Marco Island. Condo was sweet. Bedroom very small…. Best for a single renter. The VRBO listing stated 5 minute walk to beach, which is why we chose this rental. However, only owners are allowed on that beach. All Seabreeze South rentals state 5 minute walk????? Owner is a really nice guy. Awesome pool and great restaurants!
