This beautiful vacation home with pool is the perfect choice for your vacation. It is located above the Kvarner Bay, between Opatija and Rijeka, with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea. You will also be convinced by the well-kept outdoor area with Mediterranean plants and the barbecue, which should not be missing in the summer. There are two covered and three open parking spaces on the property. The house consists of three living units. On the first floor are a spacious living room with kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. External stairs lead you to the upper apartments with separate entrances and each with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room with kitchen and beautiful balconies with views of the sea and the surrounding area. By car you can reach beaches with crystal clear sea and idyllic promenades by the sea. Visit Opatija with many cultural events, concerts and excellent restaurants, as well as the nature park in the U?ka mountains. Experience a versatile stay in this region.
