The comfortable and spacious house is well located opposite Medveja beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Kvarner. Look forward to cosy rooms with homely, modern furnishings and maritime charm. Relax here in a pleasant setting, enjoy meals together at the long dining table with a fantastic sea view and make yourself comfortable on the sofa in the evening after an eventful day.
Let your gaze wander over the sea on the terraces, enjoy the sun and swim in the pool as you please, and in the evening you can barbecue in the open air and relax at the end of the day.

Stroll along the coastal promenade in Opatija, which stretches from Voloski to Lovran, and marvel at the elegant villas from the time of the Austrian nobility, where you will also find the town's landmark, a statue of a girl with a seagull. Take a relaxing break with a sea view in Angiolina Park.
