You have free access to the lake. The Bad Kleinkirchheim Ski Area is 7 km away. Restaurants and all shops are within walking distance. Come to us and enjoy an unforgettable vacation in summer and winter

Tiptop Unterkunft, modern und zentral

Schickes/modernes, neuwertiges Appartement zentral in Döbriach - alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Appartement hat alles was man braucht: einen recht großen Sanitärraum mit WC, Spiegelschrank und ebenerdiger Dusche mit einseitiger Glasabtrennung. Das Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett hat einen sehr großem Wandschrank mit Schiebetüren. Sehr schön ist die offene Wohnküche (freistehender Kühlschrank mit TK-Einheit, Mikrowelle/(-ofen?), Nespressomaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster) mit großem Tisch, Eckcouch und großem Smart-TV mit Netflix/Streamingdiensten, IT-Zugängen/ Kabelanschluss, WLAN läuft. Praktisch sind die über eine Fernbedienung einzelnd zu steuernden Rolläden. Ganz toll ist die dazugehörige Terrasse mit Tisch und 4 Stühlen sowie den 2 Sonnenliegen - mit ausreichendem Platz. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt, man hat dort auf kleinem Raum alles was man braucht.
