Minutes to beautiful gulf beaches like Indian Rocks, Clearwater, Sand Key and Belleair. Close to shopping and dining. Minutes away from Downtown Clearwater. Enjoy visiting Florida Botanical Gardens, John S. Taylor Park, Largo Central Park, Doyle Park, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Highland Family Aquatic Center and much more.

We provide a starter supply of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, dish soap, dishwasher soap, paper towel, toilet paper, and garbage bags.

• Washer & Dryer : To be used for your personal clothes only
• No Smoking, No Pets, No candles
• The use of Glitter/Confetti will lead to an extra cleaning fee
• Complimentary and starting basic essentials
• No mails or packages to be sent to the property. We will have to discard them if any.
• Refrigerator: Ice maker and water dispenser not functional.
• Lawn Care: Scheduled bi-weekly. They will not knock on your door to notify you of their presence or take permission.
• The garage is not accessible to guests as there's the owners personal belongings. They will access the garage sometimes and only from the outside door. We will notify you.
• We provide a BBQ. Guest will not get refunded if any unexpected malfunction or if gas is emptied. We provide a starter quantity. Guest will have to fill it if they need more.
*There shall be a mid-stay inspection for quality and safety purposes from our team member for stays that are over 28 days or more.
• Please note that an additional cleaning fee of $90.00 will be charged for any stays lasting longer than 60 nights. This fee will be collected after your booking is confirmed. Must be paid before your check-in date.
• Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any water or electricity outages caused by the city. We will do our best to assist you during these circumstances, but please understand that it is beyond our control. As such, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide refunds for any inconveniences caused by such outages.
