Family spring break

We visit the Tampa / Clearwater area each spring to take in baseball, the beaches and the local bars. This unit was centrally in a Largo suburb with easy access to all of the above. BJ was very communicative and allowed early access when we got there ahead of schedule. The unit has plenty of room ( our party of three) and quiet back patio w table and chairs for early coffee or late night beverage. The unit was very clean upon arrival but it was a bit off from the description - the only thing of real substance was the guest bedroom on the first floor was a bit smaller than pictured and has a full bed not queen. Since it is a loft the only bathroom is on the second floor. The second floor Master BR is big w lots of closet space and light. The kitchen was clean and functional and everything works but could use some upgrades and a bit more supplies / furnishings. The LR is big w an easy to use smart TV and good WiFi system. Heating and cooling worked well for all rooms. FYI the washer /dryer is in a separate room outside the main unit. We found it on day three.. LOL. This is not a luxury unit but it is affordable for a small family and located a short drive to Bellair beach (free parking). Try Coco's Grill if you are not a beach goer.

Value stay, have low expectations

3 stars would be generous, we didn’t have high expectations but many things were amiss. Location is good, 10 min from Indian Rocks and 15 min from Clearwater. But the unit is on a busy street (noisy) and there was no good front or back area suitable to sit or for the kids to play. Here are the facts of the property. The pictures in the listing are NOT for 2163. Living Room: Couch filled with dog hair. Ceiling lamp had 3 of 5 bulbs in, only 1 worked. Nice smart tv, with remote, batteries NOT included. Kitchen: a bit dated. There is a functioning microwave and coffee maker. The oven works fine but no cooking sheet or oven mit. Stove is fine, there is a big pot and a couple of pans (on of the pans is not in good shape). Available cooking utensils, but not a great cutting knife. Cups and plates were grimy! Fridge/freezer work well. Bedrooms: The small one is downstairs and that’s where my kids slept (6&8). Worked fine for them. Upstairs master bedroom was spacious. Bathroom: Was ok, shower water didn’t get passed lukewarm :-/ Towels available. Washing machine: you have to manually fill the water. wth??? Listed items that don’t exist: hair dryer, baking sheet.

My stay here was just fine. There was everything that you need, the space was clean and supplied items such as detergent, towels, ice cube trays, comfortable bed and great tvs.

Comfortable and Accommodating

The unit fit our needs for our stay. It provided the comfort, value, and location that we were looking for. We had a very positive experience overall with the property and the owner. The owner was so helpful with whatever needs and questions we had.
