Welcome to the comfortably furnished 3-room apartment 8031 Yachthafenhöhe apartment 1 for up to 4 people (incl. Toddler) in the 5-family house Yachthafenhöh. This apartment is on the ground floor and has a spacious, south-facing terrace. The proximity to the marina of Grömitz distinguishes this apartment very much. Spend your relaxing vacation days in a location close to the beach (200 m). We at Ferienwohnungen Suhr wish you a wonderful holiday in Grömitz on the Baltic Sea.

The living room is comfortably furnished with a leather couch, dining area for 4 people, satellite TV, radio and has access to the south-facing terrace.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (160 each 80 x 200 cm) & wardrobe.

In the 2nd Bedroom is a tandem bed (80 x 200 cm each), wardrobe.

The open kitchen is very well equipped with a dishwasher, stove-oven, refrigerator & the usual appliances.

Bright bathroom with sink, toilet, shower with partition (handicapped-friendly with handle and 83 cm door width).

The apartment is laid out with tiles. A parking lot is at the house. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace.
The apartment is equipped for the disabled.
WiFi is available free of charge.

Bed sheets towels:
The laundry package can be booked for a fee and includes:
1 x pillow case, 1 x duvet cover, 1 x bed sheet, 1 x shower towel, 2 x small Towels, 1 x shower mat and 1 x dish towel per 2 people.

In the nearby spa park there are outdoor sports equipment and a large playground where children can play extensively. Events take place regularly in the Kurpark in summer, so that there is no boredom. A car repair shop, laundromat and doctors are also nearby.
Grömitz captivates with its multitude of sports and leisure activities, which you can all find near the beach. Nothing stands in the way of an all-round carefree holiday.

Ausstattung hat einen Punkt weniger weil eine Ablage in der Duschkabine noch wünschenswert wäre für uns nicht aber für die Ältere Generation. Und eine Elektronische Abluft würde bei Extremitäten Duft einen schnelleres Wohlgefühl der Gäste sorgen. Allen im ganzen gesehen ist dies ein Ort wo man seinen erholsamen Aufenthalt verbringen kann und sich gut behütet fühlt.
