We are very excited to present our fully remodeled and upgraded Casa Bonita featuring two additional master suites incl bathrooms & individual roof top balconies on the newly created second floor. We also expanded our outdoor living area to incorporate the BBQ under a wood paneled ceiling to allow for outdoor dining and lounging in any weather. Also new is the covered game area with a ping pong table at the front of the tropical yard.

Our relaxing and gorgeous home is located only a few steps (2-minute stroll) from Playa Grande Beach in the area of Palm Beach Estates, an exclusive community nestled between the beach and the largest estuary in Central America, surrounded by tall trees giving you a sense of pleasant privacy and tranquility all around.

Enjoy your best vacation ever in a comfortable and spacious 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house which is fully air conditioned, has 4 king size beds, 4 full beds (that can be converted to King) and space enough for 3 families. All rooms have fans and air conditioners for your comfort. In addition, the bedrooms offer lots of storage in the large closets. The kitchen is new and fully equipped with appliances and all necessary utensils, and features a center island inviting everyone to enjoy the meal preparation together.

You will have your very own private tropical garden and large pool with built-in bar stools. The outdoor barbecue area provides a fun alternative to cooking for the whole family or for your BBQ party with friends. Have a drink on our patio while listening to parrots, tropical birds and howler monkeys announce their presence...

The area of Tamarindo/Playa Grande is known for a variety of activities such as World-Cass Surfing, Golf, Boating, Swimming, Hiking, Nature Trails, Wildlife Watching Tours, Jetskiing, Canopying, Fishing, Sailing, Horse Back Riding.... Alternatively, enjoy the large variety of restaurants, bars and clubs in Tamarindo or discover the town's many shops and stores. Casa Bonita is close to a convenience store, but Tamarindo has some very sophisticated supermarkets and restaurants. There are also different tour operators, banks, spas, car rental agencies and all other necessary services in Tamarindo.

Casa Bonita's excellent location allows guests to walk to Tamarindo's stores and restaurants along the beach while providing an oasis away from the noise and hassle of the town. Enjoy our tropical garden, beautiful pool and comfy outdoor living space for a getaway with friends or family.
