Quaint 1BR apartment fully independent from main house with separate entrance. Completely stocked with what you need for your home-away-from-home, whether you're here for a weekend or a few months! Perfect space for small groups or traveling business professionals alike.

Kitchen has a dual hot plate to make things in a skillet or pot, a toaster oven with toast, broil, and bake functions, and Instant Pot.

The comfy king bed is great for 2 people. We do have a sofa bed in the living room available for stays of 3-4 people. However we must mention it is not the kind with a pullout mattress, rather the couch itself extends out and raises up as you can see in the photos. If you aren't a fan of a firm bed, you might want to rock paper scissors your friend for the king bed!

^Early Check-in: Early check-in at 1pm may be available in certain situations upon request. The early check-in fee is $30.
^Starter supplies of toiletries and kitchen supplies are provided, along with toothpaste in case you forget yours! However if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish some things, like paper products.
^This apartment is fully independent from the main house which may have other guests in it during your stay.
^During your stay the pool cleaner, lawn caretaker, or someone else may be on site to take bins down to the street. After booking, see house manual for details on expected days.

House Rules:
-Absolutely nothing other than toilet paper in toilets, and no food or anything except liquids in sink drains.
-Only the number of guests stated on the reservation are allowed in or on the property at any time without express written consent of manager/owner ($100 fine/night per guest over)
-Picture ID and working phone number must be provide to the host at time of booking
-Smoking or drugs of any kind is prohibited- reservation will be canceled with no refund and guests will be removed by the authorities
-Parking is in the right side of the driveway (do not park on middle or left side). If parking on the street, do not block the neighbors driveway or mailboxes, failure to do any of the above may result in car being towed.
-We kindly ask that our guests take care of the property during their stay. If additional cleaning is required beyond our standard service, an extra cleaning fee may apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a beautiful space for everyone to enjoy.
- Security cameras are in use on the exterior of the property. Under no circumstances may these be removed, blocked off, or have their correct function hindered in any capacity. Should this happen, your reservation will be immediately terminated with no refund.
-Adults cannot book for people under 23 years old unless they will also be staying on the premises for the duration of the stay
-Do not exit back gate.
-Do not park in the left side or middle of the driveway.
