Communication with host was incredible. The cottage was absolutely clean and had literally everything you need or want. We were close to the venue downtown and it was easy to get in and out. We will definitely book again if we ever need to stay in Tampa.

My husband and I never use all the amenities at a hotel, and we don't like paying the higher prices for them. We loved staying here - modern, clean and quiet. The location was perfect. We were able to drive without difficulty into the historic part of the city, and from there we were able to use the free streetcar facilities when we chose to.

My best friend and I booked this trip on a whim because we had two concerts in Tampa within 3 days. And it was absolutely WORTH IT! This property was perfect. The host puts so many little amenities within the property, and she was quick to answer our questions. It was also 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do (Busch gardens, downtown Ybor and the amphitheater)! It has a nice mini fridge and freezer with a microwave if you are interested in bringing your own food, and we never felt unsafe. I highly recommend booking this property. We will be back!

Great cozy little property not far from downtown. Perfect for me and my daughter. Clean, nice hosting considerations like coffee, water, brochures, etc Space is on the side of a home and not the full home, but it was a private space with a private entrance and I never heard anything from the home. We had a lovely time and would stay here again! The patio is so cute!
