Huge dining room that seats 10, tremendous living room and spectacular sunroom. Perfect for reunions, family gatherings + great outdoor space! 2 kitchens that are brand new with all stainless steel appliances and fully equipped to entertain loads of friends and family. 2 washer & dryers, Sonos speakers, wifi, etc. Bedrooms are all oversized & kitchens are spotless. Used to be owned by the University and now ready for all types of get-togethers. Very spacious and special home in pristine condition. Could not find a better location in town ... walk everywhere and live the campus life! Grand, huge spaces and unparalleled character and personality. Oversized driveway that can hold 6 cars.

Parent's Weekend

Great location, amenities were outstanding, house spotless and everything we needed. It was awesome to be so close to the fraternity and sorority houses on parent's weekend for all of the back and forth.

Graduation weekend

Amazing location. Wonderful place for family on graduation weekend. A little loud until 1 am with fraternities surrounding.

Michigan football weekend

The house is beautiful, has a nice garage that can be used for hanging out in the rain, ping pong table, charcoal grille. Walking distance to South U bars and restaurants.

Great reunion in Ann Arbor!

Perfect house for a group! We were 10 friends returning for a mini reunion and football game. Lots of space, beds, bathrooms and very clean. We could walk to the game, campus, bars. The house is among frats so not a good location if you want a quiet weekend on game day but we enjoyed the energy of the students! Great communication from the host and place was as pictured and described. We will stay again next time we arrive with a group of a similar size!
