This home was just renovated and everything is NEW! ! It has a very modern look with lots of open space. Perfect for families and small groups. From the Hot Tub to the numerous TV's with many entertainment options including Sunday NFL Ticket and Sony Play Station.

A lot of thought went into this home to maximize every sq ft to make your stay enjoyable and keep the kids busy with entertainment while the adults can just relax and unwind after a long day of visiting the nearby theme parks and tourist attractions.

This home is a "no party" home. If you are looking for a home to have a party at or large unauthorized gatherings , please find another home that will fit your needs. We strictly enforce the no party policy.

This home is centrally located near Interstates I-10 and I-410 with very access on and off the freeway! Lots of restaurants and grocery stores nearby!

This home was just renovated! It has a very modern look with plenty of open space. The home is fantastic and the outdoor furnished patio with hot tub and grill is the perfect spot to wind down after a long day visiting the Alamo City!

We overdid it when it comes to entertainment. You will find one 65-Inch and another 50" 4K UHD HDR Smart TV's mounted on full range mounts so you will never miss any action!

We include NFL Sunday Ticket so you will never miss your favorite NFL game and Disney Plus Channel. You can also log in to your favorite platform! We added a Super Retro Game Console Classic Mini Built-in 821 Old School Video Games! Show your kids what gaming was like in the early 90s. There is also the latest version of a Sony Play Station!

The sectional sofa is very comfy! It also converts into a queen-size sleeper. You will find all linen and pillows needed in the linen closet ready to go!

-Dining Area-

The dining room table can seat up to eight. We also offer bar style seating with four bar stools located at the kitchen counter. In the built-in China Cabinet, you can find a selection of wine glasses, books, and board games for the kids!

-Kitchen-

Fully stocked with everything needed to cook that family meal! In addition to the basic items that most short-term rentals offer, we have added a Crockpot, Toaster Oven, Instant Pot, Roasting Pans, and a Rice Cooker. The refrigerator is brand new with plenty of space. You will also find an abundant supply of paper towels, paper plates, napkins, and plenty of cleaning supplies.

-Coffee Bar-
This is by far one of the best Coffee Bars in San Antonio! It is FULLY STOCKED with all types of coffee. We offer a traditional brewer, Instant Pod 3-in-1 Espresso, K-Cup Pod and Ground Coffee Maker, Coffee Grinder with 3 types of Starbucks Coffee Beans, and of course a variety of sugar and creamers. There is also a selection of tea and hot chocolate mixes.

-Bedrooms-

One King, Two Queens, and one bedroom with twin trundle beds that can sleep four (recommended for the kids). All mattresses in the Master Bedroom and Two Queens are 12-inch Gel Memory Foam King mattresses for a Cool Sleep & Pressure Relief, Medium Firm Feel. Great reviews from other homes we manage!

The twin bedroom has four 8 Inch Memory Foam Mattresses.

The Master bedroom has a 36-inch Smart TV, and the two Queen Bedrooms have 32-inch Smart TVs. Blackout curtains are hung in all bedrooms.

-Bathrooms-

The Master Bathroom has a huge walk-in shower with a 12-inch rain head and handheld wand. There is a door separating the vanity area from the bathroom.

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo and there is also a door separating the vanity from the bathroom for privacy.

We supply all shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and hand soap. Plenty of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are supplied for your group!

-Patio - Hot Tub –

The patio is furnished with plenty of seating for your group and is nicely decorated. There is also a brand new 6-person hot tub that has a waterfall and awesome LED lighting.

We just added a Smart TV to the back patio where the Hot Tub is located.

-Garage-
Ping Pong! You will find a professional Ping Pong Table.

Family Trip

We spent a long weekend in San Antonio and thoroughly enjoyed this rental. It was clean, well stocked, and had plenty of entertainment. We would definitely stay again.

We are David and Marcela and proud owners of Epic Real Estate and Hospitality Management, LLC.

We both have extensive experience in the hospitality industry managing upper scale full-service hotels for over 25 years. We decided to put true “HOSPITALITY” in the short-term-rental market which so many owners and operators truly lack.

We have been managing short-term-rentals for over eleven years now focusing in the San Antonio market. Currently we own two vacation rentals in this area all of which have been very successful, and we have proudly earned hundreds of 5-Star reviews!

One thing leads to another. Ten years ago, we decided to get into the management business for other owners. We didn't want to be just another "management company” and didn't want to be so large that we couldn't provide first class service to our guests. Our plan was to grow slowly and screen potential owners before entering into a management agreement. We screen owners, we look at their previous reviews, inspect properties and most importantly we make sure that they invest back into their properties each year. Many owners just rake in the revenue and never invest in new furnishings, decor, technology, home improvements and linen just to name a few. Most importantly, ALL our homes are permitted with the City of San Antonio and meet all requirements unlike so many others.

We proudly employ our own housekeeping team some of whom have been with us for ten years! This is a huge benefit as they learn each home and take care of it as if their own family was staying in it. Most companies and owners subcontract out all housekeeping services which leads to inconsistency and cleanliness issues.

Another important fact, with us, there is always a human touch. Unlike other management companies who are switching to automation, virtual assistants, etc., with us you will always be able to get in touch on a personal basis.
