You have found a good, solid vacation home that invites you to spend beautiful days outdoors. Here the lift goes up all year round. On rainy days the way to the bathing area is short. Here you live in a region rich in wildlife and plants, which has several good fishing lakes to offer both up on the plateau and down in the valley. On warm summer days, the lakes also offer good swimming opportunities. There are great trails for biking and roller skiing as well as marked hiking trails. Visit the old wooden church (1619) in Bykle. The village of Hovden has several good restaurants and cafes. The villages of Bykle and Hovden are located in the Setesdal valley, whose cultural traditions are on the UNESCO list.
