Apartment in a cult 1930s villa in the Thuringian Forest, lovingly and gently renovated and originally furnished, with a large, romantic garden and easy access. Hiking trips can be undertaken from here and children love this place.
The apartment is rented on the 1st Floor and another bedroom on the ground floor if necessary. (Bathroom, 4 bedrooms, living room, 2 balconies, small kitchen totaling 130sqm).
The house is very spacious and is suitable for large groups.
In addition, the garden (4000sqm) can be used, which is bordered by a mountain stream, the wild Gera.

Haus mit Charm

für 8 Erwachsene und Kinder geeignet, grosser Garten mit Grill und Feuer Mögklichkeit. Es sollte aber ein richtiger Herd eingebaut werden.

Oberhof Biathlon

Ohne kurze Einweisung war es schwierig, am ersten Tag, sich zurecht zu finden. Die Überzugbettwäsche war teilweise schmutzig. Geschirrtücher und Handtücher sehr abgelebt, müssen dringend erneuert werden. Geschirr muss überprüft werden, Schrammen etc.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Gegend

Das Haus ist wirklich sehr schön, man muss sich auf den 30er Jahre Flair einlassen, aber das ist auch genau unser Ding. Die Ausstattung ist ok, es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht. Die Gegend ist toll, man ist Ruck zuck in der Natur, aber auch im Ort ist alles in Laufweite erreichbar (Rewe, Bäcker, Metzger,...). Der Garten ist ebenfalls großartig, es ist auch ein Grill und eine Feuerstelle vorhanden. Auch der Holzofen im Wohnzimmer sorgt für eine heimelige athmosphäre. Dinge, die vielleicht für zukünftige Mieter nützlich zu wissen sind: die Fenster lassen sich nicht verdunkeln. Im Sommer sollte man sich als ggf. Etwas zum abhängen mitnehmen, wenn man nicht mit den ersten Sonnenstrahlen um 4.30 aufwachen will ;) es ist kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden und man kocht auf zwei Herdplatten. Alles Dinge, die für uns absolut keinen Nachteil bedeutet haben. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen :)
