Charming little half-timbered house in the middle of Deidesheim for 4 people

In the future, it will accommodate up to 6 people; currently, it is still under renovation and therefore only suitable for 2–4 people—a perfect starting point for hikes and relaxing days in the Palatinate!

The holiday home is an old half-timbered cottage from the 18th century that is currently being lovingly renovated and modernised.

Please note that due to open staircases, the house is not suitable for families with toddlers or preschoolers!

On the ground floor, the new bathroom with a rain shower and the new, fully equipped built-in kitchen ensure your comfort.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a spacious dining room with a large table.

The balcony adjoining the kitchen offers space for cosy outdoor relaxation.

You can sleep either in the spacious, light-filled attic (30 square metres) in a comfortable queen-size bed (1.60), or in a smaller bedroom with a French bed (1.40) on the ground floor.

Important:

Part of the house is currently still under renovation.

In the future, there will be space for up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

The courtyard is currently only accessible through the laundry room, which has not yet been renovated—the beautiful balcony is a better option for guests.

Of course, no construction work will be carried out during your stay!

Please note:
The town of Deidesheim charges a guest tax of 2.50 per person per day. This is not included in the rental cost. It is paid separately after booking and forwarded in full by us to the town of Deidesheim.

For the town of Deidesheim’s guest tax (“Kurtaxe”), we must collect your personal information (name, address, date of birth). There is a form in the kitchen for this purpose; please fill it out and sign it. Children are exempt. We retain this information for one year (it is stored securely), after which it is destroyed.
