House by the sea, apt. 109Location: The apartment with west balcony and sea view is located on the 5th Floor of a well-kept apartment house in the spa center, right on the main beach. The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 43 m² for 2 people. Equipment: In the living room there is a sofa and a comfortable armchair and in front of the window the dining area. In the wall unit there are two side-by-side, foldable wall units. From the balcony you can see the beach and the sea. The kitchen is separate and has u. a. a dishwasher and a microwave. The shower room with walk in shower has been freshly renovated in 2019. A pet can be brought along for an additional charge. A parking space, if available, can be rented outside or in the underground garage. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival.
