The 54 m² apartment Lütt Fiete awaits you in a modern atmosphere on the ground floor of the apartment complex Zwei Wasser-Seefahrtsschule in the main building. The maritime school, in which your beautiful holiday apartment is located, was built between 1847 and 1849 and was used as a house for navigation lessons. Until 1992, it was a school building for seafaring in several variations, lovingly renovated in recent years and reopened in 2020. Via the hallway, equipped with a cloakroom, a sideboard and a full-length mirror, you reach the big heart of this apartment. A light-flooded living / dining and sleeping area equipped with a sofa and armchair for relaxing and an electric fireplace will accompany you through a romantic evening for two. A comfortable box spring bed (180cm x 200cm), bedside tables and bedside lamps await you in another corner. Seat-shell chairs in timeless gray and a table for hours together provide comfortable seating in the dining area. On the 5m² terrace with a view of the Baltic Sea you can enjoy the sea air and relax on the sun loungers. The harmoniously coordinated furniture in the style of a beach house, the murals and home accessories let you quickly calm down and make your vacation a special experience. The design floor covering laid throughout the apartment has a simple and subtle effect and cozy warmth is brought in by underfloor heating. A hi-fi system and a flat-screen TV (50 inches) provide entertainment in the living area. Of course, free WiFi is available. An open NOLTE - fitted kitchen is delimited in the living area and has built-in electrical appliances, such as an induction cooker, an oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with numerous cooking accessories and invites you to a culinary dinner. There is a washer dryer in the kitchenette. The wardrobe and wardrobe with safe are also located in the separate part of the apartment. The bathroom impresses with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a vanity with a base cabinet. The modern, light wall tiles in wood look shine for the special ambience of the beach house style. A cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer are small details that are included in the bathroom. The darlings are welcome in this apartment, because dogs and cats can also feel comfortable here and let all 4 paws dangle. The rental office, a snack machine and the bread service are also located in the main building. An outdoor parking space can be booked for your apartment. It is only a short walk to the in-house fitness and wellness area. This is also located in the main house and is available to you. In the fitness room with modern sports equipment, you have the opportunity to keep fit even on vacation. You can then relax in one of the two saunas with a sensory shower and in the relaxation room. The beach of the beautiful Baltic Sea is only 600 m away. There you can relax and enjoy long walks. A bicycle storage room is available for our cyclists directly at the house.
