Our beautiful condo is 50 paces from the Hollywood Broadwalk and the gorgeous white sand of Hollywood Beach. We are a short stroll from restaurants, shops, Charnow Park, the Hollywood Amphitheater, and Margaritaville. Our beach is quiet yet you are steps from the excitement if that is what you seek. On the corner is a market for all your essentials and groceries and there is a bar/restaurant next door. The building's two sun decks are perfect for morning coffee and afternoon refreshments.

We have been residents of the area for over 50 years and live nearby. We are happy to answer any questions or give recommendations to ensure you enjoy our piece of heaven.
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this property and how close it was to the beach. It is what we always wanted in a beach getaway -- beautiful beach steps away, quiet relaxing area, nice neighbors, fun and exciting activities, restaurants and entertainment a few minutes' walk away. We also like that it is only a 2 story building. This unit is on the first floor and we liken it to a cabana -- so close that you can enjoy the beach with only a chair and a towel and walk back for a snack. The Broadwalk is also perfect for a stroll or to sit on a bench and people-watch any time of day.
We also like that it is a small (23 unit) historical building on the Hollywood register. All the neighbors know each other and have a sense of community.

What makes this property unique
We are perfectly situated in the quieter north section of the Broadwalk, surrounded by residences, not hotels. Yet, we are a few minutes' walking from the excitement, restaurants and bars south, including Oceans 13, Le Tub, Margaritaville, Taverna Opa and many others. We also love to walk north to the Dania pier, passing North Park, the sea turtle center, and beautiful houses and views along the way. Just to the west is the Anne Kolb nature center and kayak rentals to explore the mangroves. A free shuttle takes us to the center of Hollywood, Young Circle, Arts Park, and shops. So much to do nearby, but the beach is always our favorite pastime.
