We loved the condo and the location!

Great location around restaurants and right on the beach. The rental had plenty of towels and beach chairs. We really had a great time.

The condo itself was wonderful, newly renovated, very clean, and nicely updated. Once we got settled in, we truly enjoyed our stay. The beach and pool area were fantastic, with plenty of room to relax, and the location was great for us because it was far enough from the spring break crowds to feel peaceful. If you want the boardwalk, restaurants, and nightlife, it’s about a 13-minute drive.The biggest issue was the check-in process. Our reservation details were not fully set up, so I had to call the host multiple times because my name and my two minors were not included, and we were also missing the correct door code. The host was responsive, but it made for a frustrating first day.I also want future guests to be aware that check-in requires going to a shipping/receiving area to pick up key fobs, bracelets, and the parking pass. This was unexpected and honestly felt a bit uncomfortable and intimidating at first, especially with a long line and unclear directions, so it would be helpful to know this ahead of time.Also note that the building itself is older, although the condo unit is beautifully renovated. Our unit did not have a beach view and overlooked a busy road.Once we got past check-in, our vacation was lovely and we really enjoyed the stay overall.

Beach Paradise

We had an wonderful trip! This rental is the perfect location right on beach with sunset views from balcony and a great pool! Very close to restaurants and Walmart to stock up with the full kitchen in this unit. Was very spacious and clean and would definitely stay again! Owner was great in communication and overall stay was a A+!

Dream Holiday

I would like to say this was the best VRBO condo me and the wife stayed in . The condo was extremely stocked with everything you could need or want from toilet paper to beach chairs . It was dream home away from home. The location is perfect and when the call came in to see if we were okay or needed anything was fantastic. The only recommendation is a change to a king bed and add TV in bedroom. Also you could maybe change out the beach chairs. Thanks Greg and would recommend this Condo highly. Kevin M
