Vacation apartment/apartment for 2 guests with 30m² in Grube (16500)

The ground floor apartment is about 30 m² in size, is located in the back of the house and consists of a kitchen, bathroom and a living room with a French bed (1.40 x 2.00) and is comfortably furnished. Floor coverings are tiles or Parquet in the living-bedroom.
The garden with terrace is behind the house. This can be done by both
Apartments are used and offers wonderful views of meadows and fields. The evening sunsets are particularly beautiful.
The apartment is centrally located and all shops such as bakers, butchers, magazines / post office etc. are within walking distance. On the outskirts about 1 km away there are supermarkets (Aldi, Edeka).
You can go on wonderful bike tours by bike, you can also go fast on the beach, about 3 km to Dahme, a little further to the natural beach in Rosenfeld.
A storage room for bicycles is also available.

The house is a former farmhouse from 1898 and consisted of 4 small 1-room apartments. It is built from the typical brick like many houses in Schleswig-Holstein.
Behind the house, from the street with a view of the green, there is a terrace and garden for use for both apartments.
The two apartments are located one behind the other and can be booked individually or together. Price for booking together on request.

Grube is a pretty place that offers more country than coastal flair, with a town center consisting of a church and pretty half-timbered houses, a few kilometers from the beaches in Dahme (3 km), Kellenhusen (5 km). The place is not as touristy as the seaside resorts mentioned, but has 2 restaurants
(Gruber Hof exactly opposite, Acropolis), baker, butcher, pizzeria, Edeka, Aldi, bank, doctor, pharmacy and tourist information in walking distance.

Selbst in der hinteren Wohnung war es verkehrsbedingt etwas laut, da direkt an einer Kreisstrasse gelegen. Dies war uns vorher bekannt; von daher waren wir darauf vorbereitet...für Urlaub mit dem Rad ein zentraler Ort für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und die Parkmöglichkeit auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz völlig ok. Sehr gut war die Grundausstattung. Von Seife, Fön, Toilettenpapier, Filtertüten ect. war alles vorhanden...störend war allerdings das täglich intensive, morgendliche Gejaule des Hundes in der Wohnung nebenan..das sollte fairerweise auch erwähnt werden

Empfehlenswert bei vielen Outdoor - Aktivitäten
Wir hatten einen schönen 12-tägigen Urlaub mit Hund. Das Domizil war sehr sauber und hygienisch gereinigt. Der Garten ist einladend. Es liegt direkt an einer Kreuzung mit recht viel Verkehr. Die ÖPNV - Anbindung ist sehr gut für dörfliche Verhältnisse. In der Nähe sind ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Einheimischen empfanden wir als freundlich, redselig und Hundefreundlich. Das Domizil ist für 1-2 Personen besonders empfehlenswert, wenn man viel Zeit draußen verbringt. Die Räume sind für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt drinnen zu klein. Das Haus war hellhörig. Der Kontakt zu der Agentur war zweckmäßig und freundlich, die Schlüsselübergabe einfach. + Hygiene und Sauberkeit + Gemütliche Einrichtung + attraktiver westlich ausgerichteter Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und Grill + Gute ÖPNV Anbindung und ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten inkl + Freundliche Nachbarn und Einheimische + Der Strand ist zu Fuß, mit dem Rad oder mit ÖPNV gut zu erreichen + Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine sind in der Wohnung vorhanden + Attraktives Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - wenig Besteck und wenig Porzellan - Wohnung zu klein, um sich vorwiegend darin aufzuhalten - Haus liegt direkt ein einer schnell befahrenen Innerörtlichen Straße. - kein Parkplatz am Haus, was jedoch laut Beschreibung bekannt ist.

Schlicht und schön
Die FeWo ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider war kein Radio und funktionierender Staubsauger vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Naja, wenn man nichts besseres findet
Die Lage der Wohnung ist Katastrophal wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht! In der Nacht war es nicht möglich die Fenster zu öffnen da ständig lärm von der Straße kam( LKWs und Traktoren) es war halt direkt an einer Kreuzung. Die Wohnung Ansicht war gut ausgestattet und mit Hund völlig ausreichend. Allerdings muss man sagen das überall Hundehaare,bei Anreise, vorhanden waren. Eigentlich darf unser Hund nirgendwo aufs Sofa, aber so wie es Vorort aussah war uns dies auch egal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vorhanden
