The building is very central, the shops are about 30 m from the front door. The beach promenade is approx. 100 m away and can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The view of the Baltic Sea is only affected by a tree population.

The apartment was completed in June 2016 after extensive renovation.

The comfortable apartment has about 60 square meters of floor space, is very tastefully decorated and can accommodate 4 people.

The living room consists of a dining area and a table and 4 chairs and a comfortable sofa.

The open kitchen to the living room offers two hot plates, a microwave with grill function, a fridge with freezer, toaster, coffee machine and a kettle.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

In the sleeping gallery there is a double bed in size 160/200, two leather armchairs and a double sofa.

The beds are freshly made upon arrival.

There is a walk-in shower in the bathroom.

In the apartment there is a lot of other things such as bed linen, hand and bath towels, spices and other small things.

You can park your car in the yard.
