- 1 vehicle can be parked in the community parking lot
- All vehicles shall be registered with the Resident Manager. Parking permit forms are available in the lobby or from the Manager. All vehicles on the property must be in operating condition and must display current registered license plates and a current safety inspection sticker by the State of Hawaii. No mechanical work is allowed on vehicles except in an emergency. Vehicle owners shall immediately stop any car alarms to avoid disruption to others. Any vehicle with continuous alarms may be towed. The posted speed limit is 10 miles per hour. All covered vehicles are required to have their permit number clearly marked on the cover. Each unit is entitled to only one (1) parking space. Due to the limited number of designated parking stalls, any owner or tenant not complying with the House Rules may receive a fine and/or may have their vehicle towed off the property at their expense
-Each vehicle that parks overnight shall display a parking permit. The permit sticker shall be attached near the State Safety decal. A "guest Permit" shall be visible from the front window of the vehicle while in the parking lot. Guest permits are issued for a maximum of 30 days, and thereafter, must be renewed. No vehicles shall be backed-in a parking stall next to the building. The Association accepts no liability for loss or damage to any vehicles or items stored in the parking lot. Personal items should not be left in vehicles at any time
