The 50 m² apartment with separate entrance is located in a listed half-timbered house - a deck shower (formerly horse breeding station). Through the underfloor heating in the apartment, year-round rental is possible. The house consists of a combined living room / bedroom, a bedroom, a kitchen, a hallway and a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. From the hallway with cloakroom you come into the bathroom, the living room and the bedroom with a double bed. In the living room there is a comfortable couch that can be used to sleep 2 people, a wall unit, flat-screen TV and radio and a small table with 2 armchairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a seating area with 4 chairs. From the living room and from the breakfast table you can see green meadows that extend to the forest. When the weather is nice, have breakfast on the meadow in front of the house, not far from the stork's nest. Every year there is guaranteed a pair of storks in the village (good for family planning). In front of the house there is a terrace with seating and barbecue facilities as well as a lawn. You can store bicycles in the storage room.
