It is one of the few properties right in downtown Palm Springs, walking distance to the design district, Agua Caliente Casino, tons of bars & restaurants. There is an oversized heated pool, giant hot tub, gym, on-site laundry, outdoor seating spaces, and free parking in a lot adjacent to the building. This studio suite is a rare find. There is a shared laundry room in the building.
