For families and those looking for peace, non-smoking apartment, free WiFi

Nice apartment on the upper floor of the courtyard with a view over the fields where fox and rabbit say good night.
Furnished with a comfortable corner couch and dining area for 4 people. A flat screen TV is available for long evenings. And if you prefer to spend the evenings cooking, nothing should be missing in the kitchen. There is a dishwasher, oven, fridge, blender, etc.
A coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and kettle are available for an extensive breakfast with fresh bread rolls.
2 bedrooms for a restful sleep are quietly located to the garden.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower.
We offer a bread delivery service from Easter to autumn.

Our courtyard with several holiday apartments in a quiet location is no longer used for agriculture. Thanks to the good transport connections, you can be in the beautiful Carolinensiel in about 3 minutes.
The apartments, some on the ground floor, have their own sunny south-facing terrace with garden chairs and sun loungers in the garden. The apartments on the upper floor have a sunny terrace in the garden.
For relaxed hours you can take a seat in the Hollywoodschauckel and read a good book or just let your mind wander.
For the little ones and big children there are many play possibilities like swing, slide, trampoline, vehicles for free. For sporting entertainment there is a table tennis table and a soccer table in the barn. In the large garden you can laze around or play football. And with our bikes you can explore the area or go to the beach.
In our house you can use the Internet with your own laptop. From the Easter vacation to the autumn vacation, the local bakery offers a bread service.
We hope you have a relaxing and relaxing day with us.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed with us.

Perfekt für Familien mit kleinen Kindern

Es war durch und durch hervorragend! Die Kinder hatten drinnen in der Scheune und draußen im Garten viele Möglichkeiten sich zu beschäftigen. Top Unterkunft!!

Schöne, saubere und familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hatte viel Stauraum. Es gibt einen großen Garten und eine tolle Spielscheune für große und kleine Kinder.

Sehr schön, ideal für Familien

Viele Spielmöglichkeiten (besonders beliebt waren bei unseren Kindern die Kettcars und das Trampolin, aber es gibt auch Billard, Tischfussball, etc.) Sogar Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine vorhanden. Ideal für Familien. Es gibt Fahrräder, damit ist man schnell am Strand. Nur ganz kurzes Stück über wenig befahrene Straße, sonst reiner Radweg. Also auch sicher. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Touren mit dem Auto in die Umgebung. Sehr gutes WLAN hat uns gute Planung vorab ermöglicht. Super nette Vermieter. Es war ein toller Urlaub.

Das Objekt liegt in ruhiger Lage, sehr gepflegt und sauber. Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit der umliegenden Orte. Für Freizeitbeschäftigung, auch bei Schmuddelwetter, ist bestens gesorgt, es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Vielen Dank dafür, wir kommen gerne wieder! *****

Erholsamer Urlaub …

Wir haben aufgrund der Corona-Pandemie und den damit verbundenen Einschränkungen sehr kurzfristig gebucht. Da wir mit unserer 20 Monate alten Tochter verreist sind, haben wir eine kinderfreundliche Unterkunft gesucht. Auf dem Grodenhof sind wir fündig geworden. Der Garten ist riesig groß mit Trampolin, Rutsche, Schaukel, Wippe und Sandkasten. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter bietet die Spielscheune alles was das Kinderherz begehrt. Unsere Wohnung im OG war super sauber, bestens ausgestattet und man konnte sich sofort wohlfühlen. Wie versprochen standen bei Anreise ein Kinderbett und Hochstuhl bereit. Bis nach Carolinensiel sind es keine fünf Minuten mit dem Auto und es ist alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Alles in allem haben wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub bei Familie Janßen verbringen dürfen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern (4 und 8Jahre) im Herbst eine Woche dort. Die Unterkunft war alles super und die Vermieter einfach nett und zuvorkommend. Ausreichend Spiel und Beschäftigungsmöglichkeiten für die Kinder. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Können wir jedem nur empfehlen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

+ Tolle Wohnung (Kornkammer), die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sauber, ruhig und komplett ausgestattet. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine! + Riesiger Garten, besonders (aber nicht nur) für Kinder + Große Auswahl von kostenlosen Fahrrädern, mit denen man in ca. 15 Minuten am Strand ist + Spielraum mit Tischtennisplatte, Kicker, etc. + Sehr nette Vermieter Das war definitiv einer unserer schönsten Urlaube bisher.

Sehr Idylisch und entspannend

Sehr gut für Familien mit Kinder, da sehr viel Abwechslung geboten ist.Über Trampolin Rutsche Kettcar uvm. ist sehr viel geboten und wenn man Lust hat schnappt man sich ein Fahrrad und fährt mit der Familie zum Strand,da es nur ca 15min sind.Wenn man mal ein problem hat wird es schnell gelöst da die Vermieter mit auf dem Hof Wohnen.

Sehr zufrieden

Es hat uns super gefallen. In der Scheune konnte man wunderbar Tischtennis spielen und mit dem Auto sind es keine 5 Minuten bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr schön und gepflegt. Besonders für Familien mit jüngeren Kindern ist der Grodenhof bestimmt ein Highlight, da auch ein großer Garten, Fahrräder, Trampeltrecker....etc. dazu gehören. Die Vermieter waren zudem supernett. DA konnte der "Smalltalk" sich schonmal auf eine Stunde ausdehnen... :-) Ich bedanke mich an dieser Stelle noch einmal herzlich für ein nettes Wochenende!

Wohlfühlurlaub Pur

Wir waren 10 Tage in dieser Ferienwohnung und haben uns dort mehr als nur wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnungen sind in einem hervorragendem Zustand. Es gibt unendlich viele Möglichkeiten für die Kinder sich im Garten oder in der Spielkammer zu beschäftigen. Fahrräder kann man dort unter vielen auswählen und auch kostenlos nutzen. Zudem trugen die Vermieter mit Ihrer freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Art dazu bei das der Urlaub auf dem Grodenhof einfach nur perfekt uns super toll war. Wir können jedem nur empfehlen in dieser netten Atmosphäre einmal selber Urlaub zu machen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Familie Janssen für die schöne Zeit
