Above and beyond

This property was perfect for our visit. Monique has gone above and beyond and added the extra touches to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. She called my husband prior to our arrival to let him know the WIFI password, go over a few pieces of important information, and to let him know she left a bottle of wine for us. When we arrived, there was also a basket of snacks and a coffee bar. The guest book provided information about the themes of the bedrooms and she even left a few Alabama shirts in different sizes and a clear bag in the closet to borrow for the game! The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable for the 8 of us. There were extra towels in the bathrooms and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The living room was comfortable and provided ample seating. I would not hesitate to rent this property again and we will definitely try to book it for our next visit.

Perfect weekend in Tuscaloosa

First off, Monique is the most accommodating, gracious and communicative host I've had the pleasure of dealing with. From start to finish she made the rental process and our stay seamless and enjoyable. I truly feel that she was invested in making sure my family and I had a wonderful visit to Tuscaloosa. I cannot say enough good things about her! Now, on the the property. The home is located in a very nice, clean and safe neighborhood and is an easy 5 minute drive to the University of Alabama. It has been freshly renovated and is just as it appears in the listing photos. It was spotless from top to bottom when we arrived - extremely clean and well kept. The living area is cozy and a great place to gather to watch movies, play games (there are lots on hand) or just relax and unwind. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, cookware and tableware. The bathrooms have tons of clean, fresh linens and the master bath has an enormous vanity / mirror that my wife and daughter loved for putting on makeup and getting ready to go out. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and generous storage for clothes, luggage etc. The large back yard is well kept and perfect for a barbeque or any other outdoor activity. Overall, the house was absolutely wonderful and met all of our expectations. We will definitely book with Monique again next time we visit Tuscaloosa. If you are considering this property do not hesitate to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

I am a single working proud mom of four, grandma to one, and one BAMA grad. I love to travel and experience new adventures with family and friends. My children inspire me to do great things everyday.

Why they chose this property

We're a California family that went BAMA Bound in 2017. Overnight, we fell in love with the Roll Tide family. However, I found it so challenging to find good and affordable places to stay while visiting children and events. In 2022, I purchased this forever home, renovated it with the help of locals, gave it a fresh new design, and stocked it with amenities I know you'll enjoy.

I am so excited to get to welcome you to The BAMA & ROTC Theme House. I hope you feel right at home and create life long memories with your friends and loved ones.
