This 2nd floor- 2 bed/2 bath Condo in Lakes Edge has views of the lake from the Lanai and a front porch overlooking undeveloped land. Plenty of Space to Relax and enjoy the views. This condo has a full kitchen with full sized laundry in the unit. Spend the day at the outdoor pool with attached picnic area. Beaches and parks are a short drive away. All renters must be approved by the Home owners association - Completed documents and copy of photo ID required by HOA to be approved. $50 per adult charge for the background check.
