This 3bd/3bath house features the first bedroom with two bunk beds (Full on Top, Queen on Bottom), the second bedroom with a Queen bed, and the third bedroom with a Full bed, Twin pull-out Trundle, and a pack n play. The open concept living room (Sleeper Sofa), kitchen, and dining area, which opens up to the outside covered Double Deck around a 900-square-foot patio, is a perfect gathering place for family or friends.

Take a golf cart ride to the nearby public boat ramp 5 for convenient water access. Explore local activities within 25 minutes, including the Canyon Lake Gorge, Dam, and Marina, fishing, tubing down the Guadalupe River, shopping in Gruene, horseback riding, Schlitterbahn, and visiting the Natural Bridge Wildlife Ranch.
