Villa Deichgraf awaits you with a unique location on the beach of Börgerende. Separated from the sea only by the dike and the European bike path, you have a view of the sea or the dike from almost all apartments. The Villa Deichgraf, completed in 2011, is an architectural highlight with style elements of classic bathroom architecture. For excursions in the area and many leisure activities, Villa Deichgraf is the ideal starting point - and at the same time the perfect place to retreat and find peace and relaxation. The individually furnished apartments have a balcony or roof terrace, underfloor heating and beautiful bathrooms with floor-level showers. The elevator leads from the underground car park to the penthouse apartments. In many apartments you will find an easy-to-use gas fireplace with a large glass surface, which offers cozy warmth and the atmosphere and cosiness of a real fireplace on cool days. The apartment has an underground parking space or a parking space directly in front of the house. In the underground garage are bicycle parking spaces, coin-operated washing machines and dryers can be found in the basement of the house.

The apartment, which is equipped with underfloor heating, has a modern design and is only 30 meters from the beach. It has a living-dining room with a gas fireplace, sofa bed, dining table with chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player and a stereo. The fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a microwave. A bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. A beautiful shower room with a walk-in shower, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. You will find a clothes horse in the storage room. A balcony with furniture and beach chair. There is also a collection of books and games available to guests. There is also a free underground parking space in the property with a lift to the residential floor. Washer and dryer can be booked for a fee in the object laundry set, children's travel bed and highchair. For the 3rd Person (from 3 years) will be charged a surcharge of € 10.00 / night (per person). Secure one of our coveted beach chairs now (EUR 9 per day, EUR 59 per week). Specials: non-smoking apartment, no pets. An underground parking space belongs to your apartment.
