A civil engineer by education and a customer service oriented profession and an active real estate investor. After flipping houses and long term rentals i wanted to try out the short term rentals. We live close by to the property and take very good care of the property. Most of the paintings you see in the house were done by my wife, she also has a very good decorating skills and she furnished the entire house on her own. You have to check this place out to see it for yourself

The property is located only 15 minutes from DFW airport and is located in a very quiet family friendly neighborhood. It has a shopping complex within 2 minute drive, there are coffee shops, laundry, gas station, pharmacy and a grocery shop along with other small mom and pop shops. Roanoke downtown is less than 10 minute drive and offers a wide variety of dining options. Texas motor speedway is a 15 minute drive from this house and many guests come here to stay when they come to see the races. Lake grapevine offers a lot of parks for hiking and biking and water sports.
