Perfect Beach Living

Fantastic location directly on the beach. Tasteful interiors. Fantastic sunsets from the roof terrace with firepit. The bedrooms in the back towards the PCH are a little noisy.

It was as promisedGreat beach viewEasily accessible to the Santa Monica boardwalkHaving the PCH on one side and the boardwalk on the other can make it noisy at night. But neither my kids nor I were bothered by it.

Amazing house with a view and modern furnitures.

I love Santa Monica and if you are looking for the best place to rent, I would highly recommend this place. Jon, the owner, was very accommodating in allowing us to check in early. Each floor has a view of the ocean and has its own deck. Love how spacious it is and has a 2 car parking (rare to find in Santa Monica). Can I also say I have never seen a master bathroom like this in my life! The bathroom has two waterfall showers and 6 side showers. The living area is very comfy with large tvs. Overall we felt very at home and we didn't want to leave. We will surely come back.
