Viel zu teuer, für das, was es ist!Die sogenannte Steinvilla ist eine pragmatisch eingerichtete Ferienwohnung. Total ok, aber viel zu teuer, für das, was es ist:1) Lage: 800 Meter zum Strand ist eindeutig gelogen. Faktisch sind es 2,2 km; deutlich zu weit, um zu Laufen.2) Einrichtung: Die ist eher spartanisch, als gemütlich. In der Küche nicht zusammenpassendes Geschirr, Werbetassen und Gläser. Villa ist echt anders. Es gibt auch keine Vorhänge, sondern nur Klappläden. Man muss sich entscheiden, ob man diese zu macht (und damit keine frische Luft mehr bekommt) oder morgens schon um 6:00 Uhr wach ist aufgrund des Straßenlärms sowie der Sonne, die direkt reinscheint. Ist aber eigentlich auch egal, weil:3) Nachbarn: Unerwähnt im Inserat bleibt, dass die Besitzer direkt nebenan wohnen, im Garten lediglich abgetrennt durch eine wirklich löchrige Bambusmatte. Zudem haben die Besitzer einen Hund, der zuverlässig jeden Morgen lange und laut bellt, man ist also eh um 6:00 Uhr wach ;)4) Wohnzimmer: Ist echt dunkel und klein. Zu Viert hatten wir Schwierigkeiten, auf der Couch Platz zu finden.Wir fahren für den Preis definitiv nicht mehr hin.

Das die Inneneinrichtung ein bisschen dunkler ist, ist auf den Fotos zu erkennen. Wir versuchen die genannten Punkte wie Vorhang, Moskitonetz für die Zukunft zu verbessern. Bis zur Uvala Kuje sind es tatsächlich nur 850 Meter - schade auch, dass Sie sich während des Aufenthalts nicht einmal bei uns gemeldet haben, um etwas vor Ort zu verbessern. Beste Grüße

Viel zu teuer für das, was es ist

2 Sterne Die Ferienwohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und sauber. Von einer Villa kann allerdings nicht im geringsten gesprochen werden. Wohnzimmer ist dunkel, lieblose Einrichtung, Dusche oben hat Schimmelflecken. Es gibt lediglich Fensterläden, keine Vorhänge, man kann sich also entscheiden, ob man ohne frische Luft schlafen möchte oder es sehr früh sehr hell ist. Spielt aber auch keine große Rolle, da spätestens um 6:00 Uhr früh der Hund der Besitzer lauthals und andauernd bellt. Zudem hat die Wohnung ein massives Moskito Problem. Ohne Autun kann man weder Draußen sitzen noch Drinnen schlafen. Übrigens ist der Strand nicht 850 Meter, sondern 2,2 Kilometerweit entfernt. Insgesamt viel zu teuer für das, was es ist.

Urlaub mit Flair

Wir waren mit dem Domizil rundum zufrieden und können es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Es war alles da, was beschrieben war - und es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Einziges (kleines) Manko: das WLAN ist im Außenbereich schwach (bedingt durch die Steinwand), und Internet phasenweise langsam, außerdem war die Matratze im größeren Schlafzimmer etwas durchgelegen. Ansonsten ist alles tiptop und sehr sauber! Am meisten Spaß macht der individuelle, kleine Pool, die sehr schöne Terasse und die hervorragend gestaltete Grillecke. In Medulin haben wir frischen Fisch gekauft und abends gemütlich gegrillt und gegessen. Gerade mal 100 Meter entfernt kann man morgens Brötchen, Käse, Wurst etc. kaufen - das Frühstück auf der Terasse mit Blick auf Pool und Garten ist urgemütlich. Parkplatz war ein Stellplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, keine Motoren oder anderen Störgeräusche. Sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Haus!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit extrem schönen Garten und Pool! Alles sehr sauber und geflegt. Ruhige Umgebung jedoch sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Bäcker und ein Restaurant gleich ums Eck. Wir können das Haus und die Umgwbung wirklich uneingeschränkt empfehlen!
