Recently renovated house in the small town of Lisignano. The furnishing is functional and welcoming and the large terraces will allow you to spend pleasant evenings. You can immerse yourself in your favorite reading while you entertain yourself in the well-kept garden full of plants. A pool will refresh you on hot days. Take a bike ride along this strip of land or take a relaxing stroll along the Medulin promenade. Beautiful villa with sea view in Ližnjan, a small fishing village near Medulin. The Villa can accommodate 8 people, and has a large kitchen and living room (70 m2), 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is also a sitting area in the dining room for 8 people. Total area of the villa is 170 m2. In the living room is a sofa bed for eventual addition of 2 people.
The Villa is rebuilt in 2010. In the garden is the 30 m2 pool of, and grill. From the day you come out on a beautiful terrace with sea view for long and hot Istrian summer days. The property is 1000 m2.

Great Place for families

We enjoyed the stay very much. Luciano was a very accommodating Host and we had a Great Time with our kids and Friends. The House is spacious and as described/ Seen on the photos.

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub mit kurzen Wegen zu tollen Stränden, schönen,historischen Altstädten und auch Partyregionen. Allerdings ist von dort ohne Auto nicht viel zu realisieren. Der Pool war toll, das Haus in Ordnung. Aber der (seehr nette) Vermieter sollte vielleicht mal wieder eine Truppe Handwerker durch seine Immobilie schicken. Elektroinstallation, Küche und auch Wohnzimmer benötigen eine eher dringende Aufarbeitung. Geschirr, Besteck und Gläser waren für 9 Personen zu wenig. Außerdem waren die Mülltonnen leider teilweise überfüllt und somt flutete der Glasmüll zu einem gewissen Teil die Garageneinfahrt. Wir würden allerdings gern wiederkommen, da die Vorteile deutlich überwiegen.

Netter Vermieter mit sehr unkompliziertem Kontakt.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es funktionierte alles, was wir bräuchten. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Der Pool würde jeden Tag gereinigt, sodass die Kinder viel Spaß darin hatten. Der Ort Liznjan ist ein kleineres Örtchen mit allem, was man braucht. Der Weg nach Medulin oder auch Pula ist aber auch nicht weit. Wir können diese Unterkunft insbesondere für Familien mit Kindern sehr empfehlen.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit genialem Pool

Super netter Vermieter, macht jeden Tag, ganz in der Früh wenn alle noch schlafen den Pool sauber. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, so bräuchte man theoretisch nur Kleidung mitnehmen und es fehlt trotzdem an nichts. Wir haben es sehr genossen und kommen wieder.

Lucijan war ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Auf Wünsche unsererseits hat er sehr spontan reagiert und war jeden Morgen vor Ort, um sich um den Pool zu kümmern, ohne dass man ihn bemerkte. Die Ausstattung des Hauses war sehr vielfältig. Im Ort selbst war nicht viel los, aber Medulin und Pula sowie diverse Buchten waren mit dem Auto in kurzer Zeit erreichbar.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool in ruhiger Umgebung

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Man kann sich hier wunderbar erholen. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 8 Personen. Der große Pool ist natürlich ein Highlight. Wir haben unseren 10tägigen Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und freundlich. Der Ort Liznjan ist angenehm ruhig und in nur wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Medulin, für den der etwas mehr Trubel braucht.
