Outside, you'll enjoy 95 feet of natural shoreline with a break wall and a 30-foot permanent dock, ideal for swimming, fishing, or launching your kayak or paddleboard. Parking Instructions: Parking at this home is strictly enforced by town zoning regulations. The maximum parking at this property is 2 spaces, including boat trailers, parked perpendicular to the house. Please do not park in the grass. The driveway is shared with the neighboring property and the right-of-way should be clear at all times.

**This property is closely monitored for responsible renting and must abide by Town of Varick Rental Guidelines; this includes limiting guest occupancy to 8 at all times.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.
