Location is key and this rental is perfectly located to easily walk to all things Folly! Once you park your car there will be no need to get back in it, unless you are leaving the Island. This rental is located on the first floor of a two story home. The space includes two private bedrooms with queen beds in both rooms and a twin daybed in the common area. The single daybed is tucked back in it's own little nook with curtains that offer a bit of added privacy. We have a small bathroom and an additional outdoor shower. Great for small families on a budget or couple's retreat! Pictures do not do this rental justice as it is much larger then it appears. Open, airy living area that comfortably seats 4 along with dining inside. Fully appointed kitchen with everything you need to stay in and prepare a meal. Comcast Wifi, YoutubeTV, Smart flat screen TV in living room, additional TV in Master bedroom. Covered Shaded porch outside with dining table and seating. Fenced in yard. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water. 1/2 block from Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Grocery and 2 blocks back from the beach. 2 Beach Chairs provided, beach wagon and small beach towels provided. This rental is not a single family home but a downstairs, ground level apartment. No SMOKING OF ANY KIND allowed on the property...inside and outside. Since this is a shared property, with two different units, smoking on the property can negatively impact others. This includes all forms of smoking. 2024 LIC#050213

The above space is lived in full time. The upstairs unit uses the back entrance and Tucked Away uses the front. Please note, we have one designated parking spot in front of the property. There is additional parking in front of the home, however it is public. There are several paid parking lots nearby, if needed.

Living and raising our two wonderful children on Folly Beach is a dream come true for my husband Michael and myself. We are so very grateful to have the opportunity to share a portion of our home with you. We have been offering our downstairs rental to guests since 2010 and to our delight, have forged lasting relationships with souls from all over the world. Michael was born and raised in Charleston, while I enjoyed growing up an hour and a half inland with my horse in Orangeburg, SC. Michael and I met and both graduated from Clemson University in 1996. We quickly settled in Charleston and began our life together.
