Metro in walking distance as well. - Swimming pool hours are 10 AM - 8 PM daily. The pool is open every day until the Fall season. It closes in Fall and re-opens again in the summer. The outdoor pools get open in the summer on Memorial Day and close for the season on Labor Day. - The Air conditioning will NOT BE ACTIVE until the 3rd week of May based on the County ordinance.

House Rules :

1. Specific information may be required for legal and/or compliance and property security reasons within the communities that we host (i.e. email address, current phone number, government-issued photo identification prior to arrival, etc.)

2. No third-party reservations allowed. Only registered guests are allowed (minimum age 21 to book). Registered guests are persons actively listed on the reservation

3. There is a guest limit of 2 for this space

4. No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property.

5. Quiet Hours (10pm-8am) No Loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm

6. Locals need to communicate the intent of their stay, name, and email

7. Guest can request early check-in or late checkout and we will confirm the possibility of early check-in or late checkout, subject to availability and charges applied :
Early check-in fee : $50
Late checkout fee : $50 per hour

Key - $100
Fob - $250
Parking Pass - $350
