A true home away from home with personal owner touches, this villa features many upgraded amenities for comfort and livability including an exceptional kitchen, a workstation and quality WiFi!

The comfortable living area features wood flooring, quality sofas, a large SMART Roku TV and high speed Comcast WIFI to stream all your favorite shows on Netflix and Amazon! The main living area sofa pulls out into a sleeper sofa for extra guests. The kitchen includes beautifully upgraded appliances for home-cooked vacation meals. For added convenience and easy packing, a high quality washer/dryer is just off the kitchen.

This Pelican Watch villa comfortably sleeps 4 guests in a master bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom is warm and inviting with a comfortable king bed, desk area and flat screen TV. The private bathroom is completely renovated with a new vanity and custom tile shower. The second bathroom is also renovated with a stall shower.

Pelican Watch Villas boast a beachfront location where the Atlantic Ocean meets the Edisto River inlet, only a short distance from the Seabrook Island Club. Wherever you stay on the island you have easy access to 3.5 miles of pristine beaches and scenic bike paths through tranquil marshes, lush maritime forests and rolling fairways. Family-friendly outdoor activities include crabbing, inshore and offshore fishing charters from Bohicket Marina, kayaking or paddle boarding the waterways and trendy shopping and dining at Freshfields Village.

Pool Access: Two oceanfront, community pools at the Seabrook Island Beach Club. Indoor* and outdoor pools at the SIPOA Lake House.*Amenity card required to access the Lake House and additional fees apply for usage of the indoor pool. Daily, weekly, and monthly passes are available.

We’ve been fortunate enough to make it down to our favorite place twice a year, for the last several years, and stay at Pelican Watch Villas. However, this was our first stay at 13104. This place exceeded all expectations and we’re hoping to make it back this fall.
