We had a wonderful time. Unfortunately, there was sand on the bottom floor and the top floor in the rugs. The grill needs to be replaced as it is dangerous due to rust. Propane tanks were empty. Our friends said the downstairs shower was leaking. Amenities in the kitchen were phenomenal. The views were great and the communication was wonderful.

It was a nice property and the views were awesome. The access to the beach was great too, especially having kids that go back and forth. It’s clear that it is turned over quickly as we found 2 water bottles with the prior renters dip spit in them. The floors had hair on them that weren’t cleaned and there was pet hair on the downstairs bed and pillows. The management company said they were going to send cleaners out to clean but they never came. The televisions in the rooms required passcodes to access but we were unable to get the passcodes to watch tv. The only tv that worked was the main tv in the living room.

Perfect Family Vacation!!

"Super awesome place'! We had great views and had lots of space for 8 adults and 4 kid, ages 7 and under. The house was well stocked. The the only down side was a very small kitchen considering all the people in the house. 2 people was just about the max to prep and clean up. We ate 3 meals a day every day but we managed. The only minor and I wouldn't even call it an issue is that it was very bright in the am. We of course were happy to see the sun but block out shades or curtains might have helped to get a few extra zzzz's! Highly recommend this beach house to anyone with a large family!!

Amazing Stay at After Dune Delight

We spent our Spring Break at After Dune Delight. There was four children / teens and four adults - 2 families. The location was wonderful and the view of the beach amazing. Would absolutely stay again. A couple of things to note: - we heated the pool and it was actually warm (sometimes it only changes it a couple degrees) - we had to go out immediately and buy house basics, including dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, and TP. The property management literally left us 2 rolls of TP for the whole house. First VRBO where none of that was provided or too little to get through first day. Overall, absolutely loved the house and direct access to the beach!

It is nice to have especially on those cool days. We do apologize that you had to go to the store after checking in. We try to make all guests aware with pre-arrival emails and text messages letting them know that we only provide a welcome bag with a few items and guests would need to bring the rest or purchase those when you arrive. Again we are so happy you had a great vacation and we would love to host you and your group again!

Beautiful views and an amazing location - right on the beach and convenient to everything in the area. The house had plenty of space for our family and everything we needed for a wonderful beach vacation!
