Positioned directly across from beach access on second row makes it easy to come and go on foot. Carrying your favorite beach provisions is a breeze thanks to the wide boardwalk over low dunes with gently sloping ramps on each end.

Listen to the relaxing ebb and flow of the surf from every balcony and enjoy the full or partial ocean view. Additional amenities include the year-round outdoor pool tucked within a tropical courtyard of towering palm trees, picnic grilling area, outdoor shower rinsing station, wireless internet, three elevators, and two coin-operated laundry rooms with trash chutes on every floor.

Bring (or rent) bikes and pedal along the popular Waccamaw Neck Bikeway that passes through this community. Head north to Huntington Beach State Park to see shorebirds and other coastal wildlife inhabiting the fresh water and saltmarsh estuaries. Head south to shop, find great local dining and explore the charm of Pawleys Island.

End condo position offers abundant natural light from the jumbo picture window with pleasant treetop view.

AMENITIES: Flat screen cable TVs-2, DVD-2, wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, ceiling fans in common areas and primary bedroom suite, covered balcony, on-site pool and grilling area. Laundry facility, trash chute, elevator service located on every floor.

HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping service are additional costs for monthly stays.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.

The North Litchfield Beach community resides along a bike path that meanders into Huntington Beach State Park where visitors can observe the beauty and wildlife of the Lowcountry sand dunes and wetlands.
