Amazing Location

The location of this property is amazing. You can walk to Vanderbilt beach and Mercado Shopping. We had 4 adults all with space to themselves as the house is setup with enough privacy for all and good common area. Pool was clean and good size.

Great house

This was the perfect setup for 4 families for a dance competition. We weren’t in the house much, but the house was clean, pool was great, neighborhood was quiet, and there was plenty of space for 8 people. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Break

This property was great for my family of 5. Convenient to the beach and shopping. It was a 15 min drive to Old Naples or 10 min drive to Ft. Meyers’s beach. It was nice to have a pool when we didn’t go to the beach. It is a mile walk to the beach or a 10 min bike ride. While this seems long we worked it out where one of us dropped the group off by car and then rode a bike to the beach. The teens would walk back when they were done. We really enjoyed the area and will likely be back.

Girls Golf trip

I and four of my friends got together for golf in the Naples area. We golfed Tiburon and The Forest. The location was great. Upon our arrival at check-in time of 3:00pm, the cleaner was still there. Not really a problem, but for an hour and a half she was still there. We waited outside by the pool as I was having groceries delivered at 4:00. Pool was clean, however the area needs paint. Beds are ok and pillows were not good at all. The light switch in the master bathroom was literally broken off and blue tape around the shower head. I felt that the place was unkept and not as described online. The sheets were cheap and unmatched. Of four bowls, two were severely chipped. Of eight mismatched coffee cups, four were chipped badly. Plates were also chipped. It’s not expensive to go to Walmart and buy a set of bowls and coffee cups. I feel that basic amenities should be included. Not plastic kids plates. Only two rolls of toilet paper. Really?!? Two rolls for our four night stay is petty. We had to send someone to the store. As the standard is with VRBO’s, we were asked to clean up after ourselves, which we did, but tough to do with no dish machine detergent or laundry soap. The online photos show several bikes in the garage. Only one adult bike and two little kids bikes were there. I guess the bike ride to the beach is out. Also, the last guest took the garage door opener. It arrived on our last day there.

So sorry the cleaning staff was there at your check in. The previous guest was really bad and it took extra time to get the house ready for you. They broke the switch in the bathroom, ripped a towel bar off the wall (this is why there was blue tape. The painter was painting the towel bar area and was also in process of touching up additional areas). They also popped 4 bike tires so some of the bikes were in the shop for repair. They took the garage door opener home with them so they had to mail it back to the house. We take your feedback very serious. Thank you for the other suggestions. They will be handed immediately.
