About this property

Garden Oasis

This cabin is tucked away in the woods surrounded by lush landscape and thick forest. The porches on the front and back invite guests for a dip in the hot tub or quiet reading on the screened patio. Just a few steps from the hot tub you can relax near the Koi pond. Inside the cabin you'll find a fully updated kitchen and beautiful living room with high vaulted ceilings. Take the spiral staircase upstairs to the loft bedroom with a queen bed and half bath. Once past the kitchen you'll pass the full bathroom and enter another bedroom with a queen size bed that has a private exit to the hot tub area. This cabin is quiet and cozy but only 8 minutes to downtown Old Fort, 20 minutes to Black Mountain, and 35 minutes to Asheville.

Wonderful Stay at the Garden Oasis
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the Garden Oasis. The cabin was very cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay in the mountains. Everything was clean and as advertised. The check in process was extremely easy as well. We would absolutely return again!

Charming and Private
The place was charming. It is a bit away from everything but that's what we loved. The neighbors dogs will come over and say hello. They are very friendly and will "guard" the porch while you are gone. The kitchen has everything you need and is spacious for the size of the house. If you can't find it in that kitchen, you probably didn't need it. The bed is very comfortable downstairs. We never used the upstairs, but there is another need and half bath upstairs. The hot tub was another thing we enjoyed and it was right outside the master suite. We enjoyed seeing and feeding the fish in the pond as well. We would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys privacy and being a bit away from the busy tourist traffic. Close to black mountain and old fort downtown. Asheville is about 35 minutes away from house.

Great weekend Birthday Getaway!
Great place and Connie is an excellent host! Place is exactly as pictured and described! Very clean throughout! Setting is perfect and secluded! Went for a Birthday weekend and Connie had balloons, a cake, and champagne at the cabin! Hot tub was nice sitting right outside bedroom door! Koi pond is a nice added touch with peaceful surroundings! I will give a bit of advice or warning to anyone over 6’ as I am. Watch your head on the low overhead leading to bath and bedroom. I hit my head multiple times during stay. You’d think I would have learned the first time. Lol. But it’s nothing that would stop me from staying there again! Thanks Connie, you are the best!

Cozy Getaway
Such a beautiful cozy place to stay. It felt like home. Our host was so sweet leaving us a welcome note and muffins and her messages were very helpful and informative about her place and the area. We loved sitting on the porch in the mornings before heading out to adventure and relaxing in the hot tub in the evenings. The view of the stars out back was something else, I've never seen so many bright stars! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your property.
