During your time here you will find a stylish & prime stay Downtown Edmonton with FREE underground/heated/secure parking included for 1 vehicle. The Rice Howard Parkade is managed by impark and is separate from the condo. It is located directly behind the condo (less than a minute walk not connected to the condo) and is underground heated secure parking). The condo doesn't have parking so we pay for monthly parkade parking to go above and beyond for our guests!
You will be close to transit, Rogers Place, City Center mall, restaurants, liquor stores & River Valley. Ultra fast Gigabit Internet. Air conditioning in the unit.
New York Style 1 bedroom 2 full beds (Queen & Double) condo has all you need including in-suite laundry, Netflix included , full blown kitchen with all essentials. Includes Sportnet subscription watch Edmonton Oilers & Toronto Blue Jays games!

Why they chose this property
New York style stay where you will enjoy in-suite laundry washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer. Full sized bathroom. The unit has central air exchange and a window AC unit. Check-in is super simple with a smart lock.
One bedroom with dedicated workspace with desk and office chair. One queen mattress on top and one double bed down (custom made bunk bed) ideal for 1-4 people. Great for short/medium/long term stays. Gigabit internet (1000 mbps).
Comfortable dining with full table and chairs. Living area with studio lighting. Full sized couch and chair. Powerful window air conditioning unit. Includes electric heating and portable electric heater. Full sized wine cabinet equipped with all types of wine and beer glasses. 40" Sharp TV with Chromecast and remote. Netflix included & more.
Full sized kitchen with dish washer & granite counter top. When you wake up you will find a Nespresso machine and a drip coffee machine with coffee and tea included. 10 cup water filter in the fridge. Every cooking essential imaginable.
Entire condo/loft is available once booked. It is not shared with anyone else. Building has a convenience store, liquor/mj store on the lower level of the building accessible from the building elevators. LRT transit system also connected to the building and no need to go outside great for winter months.
There is a cafe, liquor, mj, and convenience store in the same building with a breakfast place and hair salon as well. Tons of restaurants, convenience stores, pubs nearby.
There are no security cameras inside the unit but there are on site security cameras pointing at the elevators on all floors. There is a camera that is turned on located outside the unit as well with audio turned off. It is in the corner of the door frame (outside) pointed only at the door handle & entry way and nothing else. The camera is not pointed at the hallway. This is used for guest and listing safety.
