Choice of 1 medium firm mattress and 1 medium soft mattress for guests personal preference. With stylish bedside tables, these cozy retreats offer a perfect blend of comfort and elegance, ensuring a rejuvenating stay for every guest.

Revitalize in our sleek, modern bathroom, equipped with spacious standing shower, elegant wash basins, and pristine toilets. Enjoy the comfort of plush towels and complimentary toiletries, thoughtfully provided to enhance your stay. Designed for both style and convenience, these refreshing spaces ensure a pampered experience from start to finish.

✴️ GUESTS ACCESS✴️

Guests have full access to the basement suite during their stay. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 full washroom, living area, and a storage room to store the luggage and suitcases. Entry to the guesthouse is to the right while facing the house. The door has keyless entry keypad and also there's a lockbox on wall on the right with a spare key in case of an emergency!

✴️ HOUSE RULES & NOTES✴️

Your health & safety is our priority, so we thoroughly clean and disinfect after every stay. We enforce a strict no-smoking, no-party policy ($1000 fine for violations) and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Unauthorized guests incur a $50/night fee, and late checkouts (subject to availability) cost $60/hour.

✴️No shoes inside. Please remove your shoes and place them on the shoe rack provided at the bottom of the steps. Disposable slippers will be provided for the duration of your stay. Thank you!✴️

✴️We include basics as a starter pack like body wash, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper, 2 flavours of coffee pods, different flavors of tea, packets of sugar and splenda and towels for your stay. If you’re staying longer, you’ll need to purchase extra supplies. Amenities are open to all guests unless they’re under maintenance✴️
