You will feel at home in this newly renovated, fully equipped 2-bedroom townhouse in a quiet neighborhood on the New River. The second-floor deck off the master bedroom is a great place to enjoy morning coffee or a toast at day's end, with a hint of a water view.
The master bedroom features a queen bed, with 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, are stainless.
If the weather isn't conducive to walking, you can burn a few calories on the stationary bike.
This home is in a quiet neighborhood of attached homes directly on the New River. A public park features a playground, basketball and tennis courts. The neighborhood also benefits from the adjacent managed open space. The nearby Sturgeon City Environmental Education Center highlights the wetlands restoration of the Wilson Bay Initiative. Walk the boardwalk trails, visit the playground, picnic areas, and kayak launch while learning about the local wildlife.
This home is 1 mile from the historic center of Jacksonville, 6 miles from the Camp Lejeune Main Gate, and 14 miles from the Albert C. Ellis Airport.

There is a one-time cleaning fee that will be included in your reservation at the time of charging.
PET POLICY
We welcome all well-behaved pets to accompany their owners in certain units for an additional fee of $50 per stay.
● GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE to “clean up” after their pet. All dog/pet waste must be properly disposed of appropriately.
● You must bring your own towels to dry and clean your pet. There will be a charge for stained towels.
● Noisy, vicious or unruly dogs/pets are not allowed.
● New River Retreat is not responsible for, and will hold owners accountable for, any injury or damage caused by their pet(s).
● PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON PROPERTY WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL.
PLEASE ADD YOUR PET WHEN MAKING YOUR RESERVATION. YOU CAN ADD A PET AFTER MAKING YOUR RESERVATION BY MAKING A CHANGE RESERVATION REQUEST.

● Any damaged or missing items by you or your guests discovered in your accommodations, as a result of your stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card.
Good Neighbor Policy
● Please be courteous to our neighbors. Our neighborhood is known for feeling private and quiet- just like a retreat.
● Please do not use water access for fishing/exploring across the street on our neighbors' properties. They do have cameras and expressed that this is private property. There are public water access points within walking distance for your use.
● Profanity or violence will not be tolerated. Inconsiderate guests will be asked to leave.
