*The unit is self-catering so guests should plan to provide their own toiletries, detergents and cleaning supplies. A starter kit of 2 trash bags, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, basic hand soap, and 1 roll of paper towels is supplied, but not replenished.

Great view of beach and just a short walk out. We would have liked access to a cabana, even if there was a fee. We have always had beach towels provided in other vrbo’s but we couldn’t find any so bring them along. Same with dishwasher and laundry pods. There were 2 coffee makers, a keurig and standard drip machine, but no starter cups so pack a few of those if you can’t get to the grocery store right away. There was a lot of maintenance going on while we were there. That’s a good thing I know, but quite a few days there was scaffolding up and the workers could see in. They were polite but it was noisy and hard to relax. I skipped a shower because there was someone working right outside the bathroom window one day. Access to beach and great area restaurants was very nice. Covered parking with our own spot was also very nice.

Our 2nd year at Pipers Nest! Location was great steps from the beach, host was pretty quiet which is completely fine we didn’t have any questions, condo was clean, needs little updating broken chair in the corner, pots and pans are well loved, ceilings have little water damage, main bathroom had Kleenex stuffed on top of the window, dryer takes awhile to dry, master bed was not the comfiest but it worked for our week stay, the beach chairs and kids toys were nice touch. overall it it was a great place to get away from the North Dakota cold and the little updates that are needed would not stop us from renting this place again! Thank you so much for opening your condo!

This place was amazing! Ever morning a great view with coffee and then sunset view at night. Great location and using the trolley made life so easy. Loved this unit and so glad to see things making a comeback after the hurricane. Great memories made and cannot wait for next year! Thank you for a much needed break!

Beautiful Indian Shores getaway

We spent a week at the Beach front Pipers Nest Condo. It was nicely decorated, clean, spacious, and had the most beautiful view of the ocean. The weather and the beach were beautiful, and the water was amazing. It was paradise. We will definitely be back.

Breathtaking views

The views from living room are truly breathtaking.. The south picture window with the double sliding doors that face the beach make this a must stay.. The weather was perfect for us literally the entire week. The location perfect to explore many waterfront restaurants near Johns Pass and some local hidden spots.

We loved our stay. It’s so close to the beach with beautiful views. The condo is clean and comfortable. The perfect place to relax and renew. Chad was very prompt and helpful when our air conditioning went out. It was fixed in less than an hour. We were grateful.

We had an awesome time. The unit was perfect for our family of five with three teenagers. The unit was clean and well maintained. The building was nice. Patio is great. Great Location, Great Vacation

First time here and we were very happy with the location and rental. It is as described and very roomy! There were plenty of kitchen supplies (plates, glasses, etc.) The furniture was very comfortable from the recliners to the table chairs to the beds. The view was spectacular with plenty of outdoor seating. The property was immaculate and the neighbors, who live in the complex, were very kind and helpful. Definitely would stay again!

Beyond expectations

There isn’t anything about this condo that we didn’t love. Spacious, newer appliances, lovely decor and a deck that had the best seat on the beach at sunset. We would absolutely come back.
