Located at Villa de la Estancia a 5 Star Resort on Medano Beach. All the amenities and activities are here. This deluxe Superior Room features two queen-size beds, a full bathroom and terrace. Scenic views privacy and access to private lounging on the beach.
Kitchenette in your unit and access to multiple wonderful restaurants in the Villa Resort community. There is also a full service Spa, grocery store and deli on site. Activity center on site to sign up for fishing, tours, wave runners or any other activity you would enjoy.
An all inclusive package is available for purchase by the day to cover all food and beverage costs. It is a good deal!

Why they chose this property
This is truly a 5 star resort. On the Medano Beach Location is the best. You can walk to central Cabo in 15 min or take a short taxi, which is available 24/7, to wherever you want to go. You really do not need a car in Cabo. Taxis are everywhere! Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, on site restaurants provide fabulous food. The activities center can guide and provide you with all the activities to enjoy in the Cabo area. The staff at the Villa Resorts are the best and most helpful people!
What makes this property unique
On site full service Spa, full grocery store and deli, fabulous restaurants, wonderful people, privacy when you want it, amazing beach with private lounging. The list goes on and on! Can't say enough good things out this location!
